The petitioner's application seeking transfer on account of medical disablement of her minor daughter is pending consideration at the end of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Without entering into the merit of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by

directing the Secretary of the Board to take into consideration the prayer of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
