1. Although, the instant contempt application being CPAN 1501 of 2025 has been filed complaining non compliance of the order dated 10th April 2025, whereby this Court had directed the CGST / WBGST Authorities to restore the registration of the petitioner, however, since Mr. Majumder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid order had already been complied with, I am of the view that nothing survives in the contempt application and it shall be prudent not to proceed with the same.

2. The contempt application is accordingly disposed of.
