Leave granted to the advocate on record of the petitioner to correct the description of the respondent no. 4. The correct description shall the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Murshidabad. The prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer is pending consideration before the Chairman, Murshidabad District Primary School Council.

Without going into the merits of the said application, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Murshidabad to take a decision on the prayer of the petitioner on consideration of the report of the Medical Superintendent cum vice principal Murshidabad Medical College & Hospital dated 16.01.2023 at the

earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application seeking transfer and the medical report to the Chairman at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
