1. Liberty is granted to amend the cause title.

2. Learned advocate for the parties are present.

3. Heard the learned advocate for the parties and perused the materials on the case diary.

4. Upon hearing the learned advocates for the parties and perusing the case diary and considering the nature of injury, this Court is of the view that considering the stage of investigation, the petitioner should be granted anticipatory bail.

5. Thus, the prayer for anticipatory bail made by the petitioners stands allowed.

6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, subject to the satisfaction of

the Arresting Officer on condition that the petitioners shall meet the I.O. once in a week and shall not meet the de-facto complainant and the persons acquainted with the case and shall not do any act prejudicial to the investigation.
