The petitioner seeks transfer. It appears that initially a transfer order was issued in her favour on 2nd September, 2022 which stood cancelled by a further communicating letter dated 15th September, 2022.

The petitioner submits that she is medically unfit and intends to be posted in a school nearby to her residence.

Without going into the merits of the said application, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Malda to take into consideration the prayer of the petitioner seeking transfer in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of all documents in support of the prayer for transfer at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
