1. The writ petitioners, the respondent no. 9 and the respondent nos. 11 and 12 are represented by their respective learned advocates.
2. This is an application for recalling of the order dated 18.03.2026, whereby and whereunder W.P.A. 18340 of 2016 was dismissed for default.
3. On perusal of the pleadings of the instant application and after hearing the learned advocates for the contending parties, we are satisfied that the writ petitioners have given sufficient explanation regarding their absence
on 18.03.2026 before this Court, when the instant writ petition was called for hearing.
4. In view of such, prayer is allowed.
5. Consequently, the order dated 18.03.2026 is hereby recalled.
6. Consequently, W.P.A.18340 of 2016 is restored to its original file and number.
7. With the aforementioned observations, I.A. No. CAN 2 of 2026 is disposed of.
8. With the restoration of the main writ petition, the interim order, as was prevailing on or before 18.03.2026 is also restored.

9. It is reported at the Bar that the pleadings are complete and the matter is ready for hearing.
