It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there was a love affair between the parties. He has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim minor girl who alleged that she was kidnapped by showing knife and was ravished. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 9057 of 2021 is dismissed.
