Petitioner submits he was not identified in T. I. Parade. He is in custody for 237 days. Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer. He submits stolen articles were recovered from the petitioner. He was standing outside the house while others committed dacoity. He has criminal antecedents.

We have considered the materials on record.

Incriminating materials have been collected which revealed involvement of the petitioner in the dacoity. Stolen articles were recovered from his possession. He has criminal antecedents. 4.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
