The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2012. On 7th September, 2012 the matter appeared before a Coordinate Bench. On that date the petitioner remained absent. Even he was not represented by his learned Advocate. Again on 22nd February, 2013 the instant writ petition was taken up for hearing. On that date, it was found that the petitioner failed to serve copies of the writ petition upon all the respondents. The petitioner was directed to file affidavit-of-service within a fortnight. Subsequently, by an office order dated 9th July, 2013 it was informed that the petitioner failed to file affidavit-of-service as per the direction dated 22nd February, 2013. Considering the conduct of the petitioner it appears that he is absolutely negligent to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
