The petitioner also alleges that he has been subject to threat and was forced to leave the property which is situated at the ground floor of premises no. 12/C Ibrahim Road, PS- Ekbalpore, Kol-23.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the persons named therein are either not residing there or

have passed away. It is also reveled from the report that T. Execution No. 98 of 2019 is pending over the ownership of parking space.

Be that as it may, the nature of the dispute complained of is absolutely a civil dispute.

The prayer(s) of the petitioner before this court is for reinstatement so far as his possession is concerned and for police protection.

In view of the police authorities having arrived at their conclusion, I am of the opinion that the petitioner be well advised to approach the appropriate forum for necessary relief.

It is also to be mentioned here that, according to the report, no cognizable offence at this stage is revealed.

Be that as it may, as directed above, the petitioner would take steps before the appropriate forum.

Further

interference by this court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 20551 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
