The writ petitioner is aggrieved that Baruipur Police Station has not taken any step in respect of his complaint dated 2nd August, 2022.

The Baruipur Police has submitted a report.

It appears from the records that FIR 1363 of 2022 dated 7th August, 2022 has been registered against the private respondents.

The private respondents, in turn, have filed a complaint against the petitioner that was registered as FIR No. 1630 of 2021 dated 16th September, 2021. Both FIRs have been investigated and the Charge Sheet No. 1526 of 2021 dated 30.09.2021 and the Charge Sheet no. 2024 of 2021 dated 31.12.2021 have been filed.

This Court sees therefore no inaction on the part of the Baruipur Police Station.

The instructions of the Baruipur Police dated 05.04.2023 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
