... for the State Having considered the materials-on-record, the quantum of contraband materials recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners and the rejection of prayer for bail on earlier occasions, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

As the trial has commenced, the Court expects that the trial be expedited and concluded at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
