For the State The present writ application has been filed, inter alia, challenging the order dated 5th August 2022 issued by the Certificate Officer being the respondent no.2 in the instant application, whereby the petitioners' bank account maintained with the Axis Bank had been attached. Today Mr. Paul, learned advocate appearing in support of the aforesaid application submits that pursuant to the notice dated 13th September 2022, a hearing took place before the Sub-divisional Magistrate and Sub-divisional Officer at Barrackpore on 19th September 2022. By an order of even date, the petitioners' Axis bank account bearing number 916020036733282 has been released from attachment. In view of the aforesaid, no further order needs to be passed in the present writ application. Let a copy of the letter dated 19th September 2022 issued by the Sub-divisional Magistrate and

Sub-divisional Officer, Barrackpore addressed to the Manager of Axis Bank, directing release from attachment and the order dated 19th September 2022 passed by the Sub-divisional Magistrate and Subdivisional Officer, Barrackpore be kept with the record.

The writ application being WPA 20825 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
