Report submitted by the State is taken on record. It appears that the victim girl has been recovered and the accused arrested. Investigation is in progress. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the writ petition pending.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
