The 2nd petitioner appearing in person submits that investigation has been initiated pursuant to his complaint and he is not aggrieved by the mode and manner of investigation.

The sole prayer of the petitioners is for restoration of normal operation of their bank accounts which have been held on lien pursuant to complaints lodged against them. This Court is informed that the complaints lodged against the 2nd petitioner have been withdrawn.

The prayer of the petitioners cannot be dealt with by this Court in the present determination. The petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate Court for redressal of their grievance.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
