In this writ petition petitioner has challenged the constitutional validity of the "Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007". Since this Act has been legislated by the Parliament Union of India has not been impleaded as party in this matter, this writ petition being WPA 20481 of 2023 is dismissed.
