This matter has come up in the list as per the order dated 20th September, 2022. Vide order dated 20th September, 2022 this Court directed the department to furnish a report relating to depositing costs by the petitioner pursuant to the orders dated 28th August, 2017 and 7th September, 2017. The Assistant RegistrarVIII has submitted a report dated 31st October, 2022 wherefrom it appears that the department has not yet received any report relating to deposition of costs by the petitioner as directed by this Court.

In view of the report dated 31st October, 2022 placed before this Court today this Court further directs the department to obtain a report from Member Secretary, State Legal Services Authority, relating to deposition of costs by the petitioner in terms of the order passed by this Court in this writ petition and submit another report on the adjourned date.
