1. Learned advocate for the petitioner claims to be the recorded owner of the land and intends to cultivate the land.

2. Learned advocate for the private respondent disputes and denies such contention and submits that he has been unnecessarily added as a party and he has no interference in respect of the acquisition made in the writ petition.

3. State has submitted a report which reflects that the land refers to a 'patta' land and is being forcefully cultivated by the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, prima facie I am of the view that since the issue relates to cultivation, police authorities have hardly any role of interference.

5. Police authority would assess the circumstances prevailing and in case there is violation of law and order, they would take steps in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid observation WPA 20656 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Report submitted be kept with the record.

8. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
