Case No. 406 of 2011 dated 24.08.2011 under Section 498A/306 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagar.

As directed by the Court and on notice being served upon the petitioners both the petitioners are present before this Court in person and also represented by their learned counsel. A written instruction has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners stating that the petitioners want to withdraw the present revisional application as the dispute has been settled.

Accordingly, considering the prayer of the petitioners and on hearing the petitioners in person, the revisional application is dismissed as withdrawn.

All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
