The matter has been brought to the list to rectify the said typographical error.

Let the name of Mr. Basu be recorded in the said order dated September 27, 2022 as the advocate for the State.

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the said order to the extent indicated above and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties; other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
