1. Mr. Roy, learned advocate representing the petitioners by placing before this Court the communication dated 23rd June, 2025 would submit that the issues raised in the writ petition has since been resolved on the basis of an undertaking executed by the respondent no.13. As such, he seeks leave to withdraw the same.

2. Let copies of the communications dated 23rd June, 2025 and the notarised undertaking as placed before this Court by Mr. Roy, be taken on record.

3. Mr. Nayek, learned advocate representing the State, on instruction, would submit that the direction issued by this Court on 10th June, 2025 has since been complied with.

4. Mr. Ray, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 and does not object to the prayer for withdrawal of the writ petition.

5. Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties. Since the petitioners do not want to proceed with the writ petition and seek leave to withdraw the same, let the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

6. Interim order passed on 10th June, 2025 stands vacated.
