Kamal Singh The contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 22nd April, 1991 passed in SA 748 of 1984.

The matter appeared in the list on 30th June, 2021 and was called on twice, but no one appeared on behalf of the applicant/petitioner. The matter is appearing in the list today marked as "Last Chance" with a note in the list that appropriate orders will be passed if no one appears in the matter.
