The appeal is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas.

This court is not inclined to pass necessary orders on the prayers made in this revisional application.

As fairly submitted by Mr. Panja, learned advocate for the petitioner, the main appeal should be disposed of by the learned court below, expeditiously.

Under such circumstances, this court is of the view that justice would be subserved, if the learned court below is directed to dispose of the appeal, on an urgent basis.

This court has not gone into the merits of the appeal. An order of expeditious disposal of any

litigation, enures to the benefit of all the parties. The prayer is innocuous and very reasonable.

The revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months after reopening of the court after ensuing puja vacation, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The learned court below shall proceed strictly in accordance with law and independently.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of and the connected applications also stand disposed of.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
