1. Mr. Joydip Kar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Indian Institute of Management submits that the order dated 10th December, 2024 passed by this Court in RVW 173 of 2021 has been carried to the Hon'ble Supreme Court in appeal. The appeal is yet to be taken up.

2. It is also submitted by Mr. Kar that the IIM does not wish to press CAN 2 of 2025 filed by them.

3. Hence, CAN 2 of 2025 shall stand dismissed as not pressed.

4. The IIM through the learned advocate submits that in view of the pendency of the SLP, the contempt application being CPAN 249 of 2025 may be adjourned for 4 weeks.

5. Such prayer is allowed.

6. Let CPAN 249 of 2025 be listed 4 weeks hence.

7. Let notice of the contempt application be served on the learned advocate for the IIM.

8. List the matter accordingly.
