1. The petitioner is the goldsmith and it is submitted that he has been falsely implicated.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has submitted that on the basis of the certification issued by the petitioner, huge amount has been lent and advanced to the accused which appears to be a fake certificate.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence, the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the name of the petitioner transpired during investigation and also having regard to the fact that he has certified the ornaments to be as gold, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
