The respondent no.5 is the estranged husband of the petitioner. He is physically and mentally ill.

The petitioner is praying that her name be recorded in the Pension Payment Order of the respondent no. 5.

Mr. Prasad, learned Advocate for the State respondents submits that necessary corrections in the said Pension Payment Order have been carried out by incorporating the name of the petitioner and in support of his such submission, he files photocopy of the communication of the Assistant Director, Directorate of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, West Bengal to the Treasury Officer, Bolpur dated June 08, 2023, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition.

W.P.A. 20839 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
