1. Petitioner submits that the opposite party-accused misused his liberty and threatened him. He prays for cancellation of bail.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Learned sessions judge considered the case diary and enlarged the opposite party-accused on bail after completion of investigation. Opposite party had suffered incarceration for 100 days. We are of the opinion that the learned judge had considered the materials on record and the order cannot be said to be perverse.

3. With regard to the plea of misuse of liberty, it is open to the petitioner to agitate such grievance before the court which granted bail.
