,, Mr. Samiran Mondal Mr. Abhinaba Dan .... For the petitioner Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya Mr. Kartick Ch. Kapas ... For the State ,, This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by orders dated 31.8.2019 and 15.9.2018 with regard to direction upon the petitioner to refund Rs.1183/- on account of her absence in school. This matter requires consideration of the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.) in a proper manner after consideration of the medical certificates submitted by the petitioner in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Bankura being respondent no.5 is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as also to the school authorities and to pass a reasoned order in this matter treating this writ petition as a representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from date. The reasoned order is to be communicated two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
