In view of Section 161 of the Electricity Act, 2003, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The petitioner is, however, granted liberty to approach the concerned Chief Electrical Inspector of the State by filing an application in the prescribed form. If such application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the Chief Electrical Inspector of the State in accordance with law within a

period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, WPA 20635 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
