The Officer In-charge of Nazat Police Station has given instructions to State advocate on 27th September, indicating that the private respondent was not given any permission to run any ferry service from the Ghotiara Bekari Market Ghat and that the police are keeping strict vigil thereof. Since the police are keeping vigil in Ghat in question, no further order is need to be passed. The petitioner shall serve notice of this order on the private respondent.

The instructions of Officer In-charge of Nazat Police Station addressed to State Advocate dated 27th September, 2019 are taken on record.

In those circumstances WPA 18946 of 2019 shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
