The grievance of the petitioner is directed towards renewal of a mining lease granted in 2020. Md. Siddiqui appears on behalf of the State respondents and submits that in view of the statutory alternative remedy there is even no scope for consideration of the prayer of the petitioner. Heard the parties.

In view of the extant laws and the statutory remedy available to the petitioner, there is no scope for consideration of the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, WPA 18952 of 2019 is dismissed.
