The petitioners are the relatives of the respondent no.7, they are challenging the eligibility of the said respondent to hold the post of Headmaster of Kuldia High School (H.S), Magrahat, South 24-Paraganas on the ground that he has crossed the age of superannuation.

The petitioners neither have a locus standi nor do they have any cause of action to file the instant writ petition.

W.P.A. 20502 of 2023 is dismissed as not maintainable, there shall, however be no order as to costs.
