1. In view of the judgment of the coordinate Bench in CRM No. 2377 of 2015 (Sanjay Makhal @ Jadu Makhal @ Raju), Mr. Koustav Bagchi, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners have fairly submitted that the petitioners shall not press this application.

2. In view thereof, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The certified copy of the order of the learned trial court shall be returned to Ms. Sinthia Bala, the learned counsel assisting Mr. Bagchi after retaining a photocopy of the same.
