State has submitted a report which reflects that a dispute over the premises has cropped up between the respondent no.4 and his brother and sister.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.4, on the other hand, submits that the documents which have been enclosed to the writ petition have been manufactured and the time which

has been referred to in the document do refer to the persons who had expired at that relevant point of time.

Having considered the nature of the grievances addressed by the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the view that the police authorities have hardly any role to involve themselves in such circumstances, except to the extent that without due process of law, the petitioner may not be evicted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20670 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
