It appears from the affidavit and also from the submission made on behalf of the applicant/petitioner that the order under contempt has substantially been complied with, though after a delay of one year. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors denies and disputes the contention of the applicant/petitioner. In view of the above, the contempt application being CPAN 926 of 2022 is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
