I find from the earlier orders dated 6th July, 2021 and 12th July, 2021 that the petitioner was not represented on earlier occasions also.

It is submitted on behalf of the State respondents that they had informed Mr. Nandy appearing on behalf of the petitioner, but he chooses not to appear today.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the view that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with the writ petition.

WPA 18967 of 2019 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
