The petitioner submits that all family issues have been resolved.

Counsel for the elder daughter submits that he will instruct his client to take good care of her father.

The older daughter and her husband shall not obstruct the younger daughter from entering into the property. The Kotwali Police Station, Paschim Medinipur shall ensure the same.

Counsel for the older daughter denies any such obstruction.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of without any further order.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
