The petitioner complains of illegal construction on public land whereby the petitioner's egress and ingress to his premises has been completely blocked.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that they have no objection if the representation of the petitioner is considered by the respondent no. 4 in accordance with law.

The private respondents are represented.

n view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA 20871 2022 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the

representation of the petitioner in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all interested persons and pass a reasoned order within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that there is no adjudication on the merits of the case and all issues are left open and to be adjudicated by the respondent no. 4. In view of the aforesaid, W.P.A. No.20871 of 2022 stands disposed of.
