Since, it appears that in the order dated 25th September 2024 a typographical error has crept in, this matter has come up under the heading "to be mentioned". 2.

In the appearance of the learned advocates, the name of Mr. Smarajit Roy Chowdhury has been incorrectly recorded as "Mr. Surojit Roy Chowdhury". Le the same be corrected accordingly.

The parties, however, submits that in paragraph 10 of the aforesaid order dated 25th September 2024 although this Court had directed deposit of a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards costs with the respondents and a further sum of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Calcutta High Court Legal Services Committee, the same has been incorrectly recorded. Having regard to the submissions made in Court, let paragraph 10 of the aforesaid order dated 25th September 2024 be corrected in the following manner:-

10. ............................., I am of the view that the petitioners should be permitted to prefer an appeal subject to the petitioners depositing a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards costs with the respondents and a further sum of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Calcutta High Court Legal Services Committee.

The aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 25th September 2024. Other portions of the order remain unaltered.
