Petitioner has approached this Court for providing adequate security/protection to the petitioner herein so that the petitioner and others can peacefully arrange and conduct an assembly and rally from Karunamoyee Crossing to SSC Office on 1st September, 2025. Having considered that earlier in WPA 11422 of 2025 there were specific directions passed for organizing protest at the instance of Jogya Sikkhok-Sikkhika Adhikar Mancha (2016 SLST), I am of the view that since at the vicinity of Karunamoyee Crossing only the demonstration has been organized and the same is continuing till date, let the demonstration continue at the same place but if the petitioner and others are willing to submit a deputation before the Chairman of the School Service Commission then a five member committee including the petitioner be allowed to meet the Chairman

of SCC or any similar ranking officer authorized by him at 4.00 P.M. at SSC Office.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20413 of 2025 disposed of.
