It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case out of rivalry. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner had contacted co-accuseds to abduct the victim. He was in constant telephonic conversation with the coaccuseds before the crime. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had enmity with the victim. He was in regular telephonic conversation with the co-accuseds before the crime. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
