L. No.48, Mouza - Vitasin, under Police Station Pandua, District - Hooghly, before the Pradhan, Simlagarh Vitasin Gram Panchayat, Police Station Pandua, District - Hooghly but such complaint was not considered by the Pradhan till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent and the State are present.

As the complaint has been made by the petitioners before the Pradhan on 1st August, 2022, let the Pradhan consider such complaint

within six weeks from date after giving an opportunity to the petitioners as well as the private respondent to produce the necessary documents before him and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties.

The decision to be arrived at by the Pradhan within six weeks from date of communication of this order has to be placed before this Court by way of a report by the said Pradhan being the respondent no.6 within eight weeks from date.

Let this matter again appear in the list on 10th April, 2026.
