Petitioner has filed this writ petition making allegation of refusal on the part of the respondent concerned in providing fresh certified copy of the exhibits in question.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted the documents dated 11th September, 2023 issued by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Basirhat, North 24-Parganas annexing the report of H.C.C., Copying Department, Basirhat Civil Court which may be kept with the record and considering such document I am of the view that the allegation of the petitioner is totally incorrect and not sustainable and accordingly this Writ petition being WPA 20518 of 2023 is dismissed.
