1. The affidavit of service is taken on record.

2. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that despite the payments made as recorded in the order of the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (in short 'Tribunal'), some dues in respect of a period when he was on leave between September, 2015 to September, 2016 have not been accounted for having a cascading adverse effect on the petitioner's pension fixation.

3. If there is any such issue, or other issues pending/outstanding after the Tribunal's order, it is open to the writ petitioner to agitate such issue/issues before the appropriate authority by way of a representation in accordance with law.

4. With such liberty, we dispose of the writ petition.
