The Oriental Bank of Commerce and others Mr. Kishore Mukherjee .... for the petitioner The writ petition was disposed of along with the connected applications vide order dated March 20, 2023. However, it is seen from the said order that it was not recorded specifically that the restoration application had been allowed. Yet, it was actually recorded in the order that all the connected applications, including IA No: CAN 1 of 2017 (Old No: CAN 1638 of 2017), which is the restoration application, were allowed.

Hence, the prayer for restoration was deemed to be allowed and the writ petition along with other applications to have been taken up for hearing on merits on March 20, 2023, when the said order was passed.

Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated March 20, 2023.
