The petitioner is aggrieved that the Daspur Police Station, Paschim Medinipur has not taken cognizance of a compliant against the private respondent seeking sums of money from them.

The Daspur Police submits that on the petitioner's complaint FIR being Daspur PS Case No. 413 of dated 15.09.2022 under Sections 406/420/384 of the IPC has been filed.

It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR be completed within a period of one month from date mandatorily and positively, unless already completed.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
