1. This contempt application has been filed alleging disobedience of the order passed in the writ petition.

2. Mr. Tanoy Chakraborty, learned Government counsel has produced the written instruction given by the Executive Engineer, Diamond Harbour Highway Division, Public Works (Roads) Directorate dated 3.1.2025 from which it is seen that the representation was considered and order was passed.

3. It will be well open to the applicants to work out further remedies in accordance with law pursuant to the orders passed by the Executive Engineer.

4. With the above observations, the contempt application stands disposed of.
