It appears that the writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 18th February, 2020 against which a review petition was preferred and the same was considered by a Coordinate Bench on 23rd August, 2023 and ultimately the order dated 18th February, 2020 was recalled whereby the writ petition stood revived.

In view of disposal of the writ petition and subsequent revival of the said writ petition vide order dated 23rd August, 2023, the writ petition

is required to be considered on exchange of affidavits.

Let the affidavit-in-opposition to this writ petition be filed by two weeks after ensuing summer vacation. Affidavit-in-reply thereto, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.

The learned advocate representing the petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the non-appearing respondents or the learned advocates representing those respondents enclosing a copy of this order by ten days from date and file an affidavit of service on the next date.

List the matter for further consideration under the same heading in the Monthly Combined List of July, 2024.
