During pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has retired from the college.

By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer/appointment of respondent no. 7, as the Principal of the said College.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner failed to demonstrate as to how the petitioner has been prejudiced due to the appointment/transfer of respondent no. 7.

On that ground alone, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 20880 of 2022 is dismissed.

Mr. Nandy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner wants to file a separate writ petition challenging the appointment/transfer of respondent no. 7.

The petitioner may file appropriate application, if she is entitled to do so in accordance with law. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
