AGP Ms. Ghazala Firdous ... for the State - Respondent(s) The petitioner has approached this court as she apprehends that there is every possibility of violation being committed in respect of the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Basirhat in connection with TS 685 of 2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that till date there is no complaint regarding the injunction order being violated. The report also speaks that there is a loan from the IDBI Bank which is surfaced in course of the enquiry conducted by the police authorities.

Prima face, it shows that the

police authorities have found no issues for interference, but they have recorded the incident by way of a General Diary Entry No. 1185 of 2025.

In case, the petitioner is faced with inconveniences and as a civil suit is pending, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned civil court for breach of the civil court's order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 20676 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
